Dr. Barrhonda White, MCC

Dr. Barrhonda White, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach, coach educator, and CEO of The Bink Group, dedicated to empowering every identity to unlock their highest leadership potential. She integrates adult development frameworks in coaching executives and coaches, providing a safe, judgment-free “backstage” for leaders to explore values, beliefs, and transformation. With over 22 years of Fortune 100 experience in financial institutions and extensive academic leadership, she formerly served as Director of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching Program, faculty at Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and Executive Coach at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. Dr. White earned her PhD and M.P. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, an MBA from Averett University, and a B.A. in Sociology from James Madison University. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Hogan Assessment, Leadership Circle Profile 360, Personalysis Administration and Facilitation, ICF PCC Marker Assessor, My World View Adult Development Assessment, and the Georgetown University Coaching Certification.
